Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Eucalyptus trees are tall, evergreen trees that can grow up to 60 meters high and are sometimes called gum trees. It is an ideal oil to promote the feeling of clear breathing and open airways. Eucalyptus has purifying properties that can be beneficial for the skin and for cleaning surfaces. Research has shown that eucalyptus is effective in helping to reduce stress. Eucalyptus can be found in mouthwashes to refresh the breath.
What's amazing about essential oils is that you can use them in many different ways. For example, you can add a few drops to a warm bath, add them to skin or massage oil and use them in your DIY skin care products (for instance add 1 drop of eucalyptus oil to your body cream). Or use them in a diffuser to spread the scent throughout your home.
