Lemongrass Essential Oil
Lemongrass, a long, perennial plant, has a subtle citrus flavor and is used in Asian cuisine in soups, tea and curries. Lemongrass oil purifies and tones the skin and is therefore widely used in skin care products. Lemongrass is an ideal oil to use for massages. Lemongrass has a sharp, spice and lemon-like aroma that ensures that you start looking at things more positively and make your mind more aware. Lemongrass oil naturally repels insects.
What's special about essential oils is that you can use them in many different ways. For example, you can add a few drops to a warm bath, add them to skin or massage oil and use them in your DIY skin care products. Or use the oil in a diffuser to spread the scent throughout your home.
