Almond oil is also recommended for dry and damaged hair. Sweet almond oil nourishes the hair, bringing back it’s elasticity and giving it shape and body. Use a few drops to feed the tips of your hair or use the almond oil as a hair mask.
Tip: Create your own Hot Oil Treatment for your hair. Heat the almond oil (beware that it is not too hot) and massage it into your hair and on your scalp. Then leave it for an hour, rinse and wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
