How to use: Place in the fridge for 20 mins before use. You can use them once or twice a day, whenever you would like. Cleanse the skin and apply a serum. For each area of the face, you will apply the roller 3-4 times in an upward motion. Start with the jawline and roll from the centre towards the ears, moving up to the cheeks, and on the forehead from your eyebrows to your hairline. You can also use the facial roller on your neck rolling upwards towards the face. The small side can be used on the eye area, moving from the nose out towards the cheekbones, and along the brow bone.

For ultimate effect: Use for 5 to 10 minutes on cleansed skin after applying serum (and/or) moisturizer. For a self-care moment use your facial roller whilst watching tv to give yourself a relaxing facial massage.
