Also nice to use in a massage oil for tired muscles. Below a recipe for a massage oil with rosemary for tired feet and legs:

Mix 20ml of almond oil with 4 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of peppermint and 2 drops of lemongrass oil. Massage from the feet up to the knees.

HOW TO USE: For a detangling hair mask, combine one drop of rosemary essential oil and one drop of lavender essential oil with one tablespoon of olive oil.

Rosemary Essential Oil Diffusing

Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Helps to refresh the memory and clarify the mind.
