Lavender is best known for its calming and relaxing properties. Lavender is often used in case of skin irritation and can calm the troubled skin. Add lavender oil to bath water to reduce stress or apply it to the temples and the back of the neck. Add a few drops of lavender to pillows or bedding to relax and prepare for a good night's sleep. Because of the versatile properties of lavender, it is considered a must-have oil.
You can use essential oils in many different ways. For example, you can add a few drops to a warm bath, add them to a skin or massage oil and use them in your DIY skin care products. Or use them in a diffuser to spread the scent throughout your home.
Instructions for diffuser: use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
