DIY ANTI-AGING FACE MASKS
No need to buy fancy expensive masks to take care of your skin! There are many DIY simple recipes with natural ingredients that can be extremely efficient to reduce anti-aging effects. Take 10 min break from home-working to create your mask and leave it on as you continue to accomplish your tasks.
RECIPE 1: OATMEAL MASK
Oatmeal is well known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which make it a great natural exfoliator. Dead skin cells will be removed, while your pores are deeply cleaned out. Turmeric reduces skin pigmentation and vitamin E protects the skin from sun damage (one of the main causes of skin aging). Almond oil moisturizes and soothes the skin, which is vital for preventing wrinkles.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oatmeal powder
1-2 drops vitamin E
1 tablespoon sweet almond oil
½ tablespoon turmeric
Procedure
Mix the turmeric, almond oil and vitamin E in a bowl
Add the oatmeal powder and mix until it becomes paste-like
Rinse your face with warm water so the skin is prepped to absorb the mask
Apply the mask and leave it for about 20 minutes
Rinse your face with warm water
Remove the left ingredients on the face with a dry towel or with a Konjac Sponge
RECIPE 2: Avocado face mask
Avocado is a rich source of essential nutrients that prevent skin aging, including vitamins E oleic acid. In combination with apricot, also known for preventing wrinkles by promoting new skin growth, and coconut oil, avocados will help you reverse skin aging effects.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ ripe apricot
Procedure
Smash the avocado in a bowl with a fork
Add the apricot and smash it the same bowl while mixing
Add the coconut oil until you obtain a smooth paste
Prep your skin with a warm towel or with a steamer
Apply the mask and leave it for about 20 minutes
Rinse your face with warm water
Remove the left ingredients on the face with a dry towel or with a Konjac sponge
RECIPE 3: Frankincense & argan oil mask
Frankincense oil is a powerful antioxidant that promotes cellular regeneration, necessary for preventing aging effects. It’s very effective with reducing skin discoloration and it can tighten the skin in such a way that wrinkles start to be less visible. Like any essential oil, it shouldn’t be applied directly on the skin, so combine with argan oil, also effective for fighting anti-aging effects, or any other vegetable oil that can be found in your kitchen.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons argan oil
2-3 drops Frankincense essential oil
Procedure
Mix the argan oil with the Frankincense oil in a bowl
Prep your skin with a warm towel or with a steamer
Apply the mask and leave it on for 25 minutes
Rinse your face with warm water
Remove the residues with a dry towel or with a Konjac Sponge

Coffee is rich in antioxidants nutrients that improve blood circulation and restore the skin, helping you to get rid of dark circles and undereye puffiness. By combining with coconut oil, which is a fantastic moisturizer, your eye area will start to brighten and to look fresh.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon coffee grounds
Procedure
Mix the ingredients in a bowl until the mix becomes a thick paste
